Hard work, integrity, and care are the bedrock values instilled in me by my parents and which I always carry into my professional and legal life.

I was raised in a military family with an older brother and an older sister, born in Seoul Korea, in a small military hospital, then educated in military or very small schools for most of my life.  Through hard work, integrity, and care, my parents raised their children, sometimes with very little, and other times with much more, but always with those core values as a foundation. I carry those forward today.

 

I "rooted" finally and permanently in the United States in 1980 in Monterey California, my father retired from the military and, my mother primed and ready to commence a new future for the family, had business plans.  If you have ever worked in a family business, you understand the demands it puts on homelife and the family dynamic.  I experienced this struggle firsthand and know what small business owners endure with contracts and other legal issues that are either confusing or too time consuming to handle, and am excited to be able to assist those owners with a positive remedy that doesn’t break the bank and frees up valuable time to spend with their families.  My legal background along with my thirty years of international and domestic business experience, where I served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer to various for profit and non-profit corporations in the San Francisco Bay Area, makes me confident that we can find a solution for your issues.

Additonally, I have a diverse and deep knowledge of cybersecurity and the various challenges that complying with local, State, and Federal regulations presents and can assist organizations of all sizes navigate these murky waters.  I hold a B.S and M.S in Data Assurance/CyberSecurity and IT Management so I am uniquely positioned to solve your legal tech related problems.
